Welcome to Vote the Boat (beta), where you get to decide which cruise goes on sale next. It's simple. Elections are held every week or two. In each election, cast a vote for the cruise you want to book. The cruise that gets the most votes, wins the election. Invite your friends to vote to send your cruise over the top if you wish, but watch out, then they may decide to join you on your cruise!

Once the winner is decided, we cook up a special promotion appropriate for that cruise. It might be a fun free shore excursion, complimentary pampering in the onboard spa, an included romantic dinner in a specialty restaurant, or an on-board credit for you to spend as you wish! In any case, anyone who casts any vote at all during that election (even if for another cruise) qualifies for the winning benefit on the winning cruise. The benefit will be applicable only to new bookings, and cannot be used with existing bookings or in conjunction with other promotions.

Vote the Boat is a new service that's in beta, meaning it could act truculently, or even seize up altogether, from time to time. Please have patience, and we welcome your suggestions and feedback... please add your comments on our cruise blog post.

Voting is simple!

1. Register. If you haven't already registered as a free member (with username and password) of SureCruise then register first.
2. Log in. Log in to your SureCruise account.
3. Vote. When the polls are open (check the status chart below), find the cruise for which you'd like to vote using our cruise search. As long as you're logged in, eligible cruises will have a VOTE button you can click. Most, but not all, cruises will be eligible for voting. 
4. Enjoy. After the election ends, we will email you with the winner and with the benefit available to you, should you choose to make a new booking on the winning cruise.

Fine Print. One vote may be cast per voting period per registered email address. In case of a tie, the cruise that received the first vote will win. After a successfully completed vote, we will create a winning benefit at our discretion that will be made available to each person who cast a vote, and who makes a new cruise booking with us, subsequent to the conclusion of the vote, on the winning cruise departure. Cancellations and rebookings will not qualify for the benefit. Only one such benefit may be used per booking. This benefit will vary in value and type depending on the winning cruise and cruise line, and will be subject to substitution. A vote may be cancelled, with no benefit awarded, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for technical errors or difficulties. In the event of any problems or questions with a vote, we'll do our best to make a reasonable decision, but in all cases our interpretation of the rules, invention of new rules when necessary, and our decisions are final.
